1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Integrity OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Integrity OS is a progressive web app that helps users track promises, align with personal principles, and restore integrity when they break their word. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Integrity OS offers a Free plan and a Premium plan. Premium subscriptions require a recurring payment and include a 14‑day free trial. By starting a trial, you authorize us to begin charging your payment method after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. All subscription fees are non‑refundable.
Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access restricted areas, using the Service for illegal purposes, or interfering with the Service's operation.
7. Data Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrity OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service.
